Federation has always encouraged members to get invoved in their communities. The new GFWC Manuals are just the start of what clubs can do and what they can accomplish. When they read, looked over and read again by club presidents and then shared with their members and chairmen, there will be no need to question why they belong to this great organization!
Clubs should also encourage their members:
a) to get motivated by attending GFWC, GFWC Arizona and GFWC-AZ District meetngs;
b) to actively particiate at the various levels of club work;
c) to get leadership training;
d) share ideas;
e) to promote mmbership, not leave it to just the club's Membership Committee.
These suggestions pomote networking and lasting relationships and the result will be that we will have good friends within all our clubs, districts, and Arizona.
We have the tradition of "Volunteering" for worthwhile projects within our commuities. We have the "Vision" to be leaders in ourcommunities and to make changs for the better.
